We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Recruiter to source, attract, and place top-performing sales professionals across a range of industries and sectors.   • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, specialising in placing sales talent (e.g., BDMs, Account Managers, SDRs, Sales Managers).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their sales hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Write compelling job adverts tailored to attract top-tier sales professionals.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM/ATS systems, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess sales ability, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Consistently hit performance targets and KPIs related to placements, pipeline, and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence across sales functions and sectors.

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on sales/commercial roles:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
