Job OverviewBusiness Development Executive
Basic salary: £26,000
Performance bonus: £200 per quarter
Average sales commission: £200-250 per month
Office based: 8:00 – 5:00 Monday (inc 1 hour paid overtime). 9:00 – 5:00 Tuesday to Thursday.
CompanyWe are an expanding company based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, owning depots across the country. The vacancy is within our modern renovated offices on the Chelmsford outskirts.
Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for new customers via email, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and outgoing calls.
Update customer data and send documentation, liaise with potential customers, and handle general administration duties using Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Convert calls into hires/sales and build relationships.
Attend exhibitions and trade fairs with the team.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills.
Self‐starter who manages own time and is proactive.
Previous experience in business development, sales or account management.
