Generate new leads and identify business opportunities. Engage with commercial and industrial facilities, including government buildings, hospitals, and schools. Manage and expand existing business within your territory. Increase turnover among customers with reduced spend. Meet operational targets, budgets, and KPIs. What are we looking for? Good technical and commercial knowledge and experience in the flat roofing industry. Field/area/specification sales experience within flat roofing. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. A passion to win and the determination to close deals. Money-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Experience managing a new territory. Experience cold calling within a geographical area to build a robust pipeline. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
