About the Role: Are you a motivated and driven recruitment professional with at least 2 years of experience? We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team in Billericay, Essex. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to develop a consistent pipeline of business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with both clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service delivery at every stage of the recruitment process.
