Area Sales Manager £30,000 – £50,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission Field Based | Surrey Are you a confident field sales professional with experience selling into the hospitality, leisure or food service sector? We’re looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a Surrey territory, developing new business and growing relationships with hospitality and leisure venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows the hospitality world, enjoys being out on the road and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. The Role * Manage and grow a defined territory across Surrey * Win new business with hospitality and leisure venues * Build strong, long-term customer relationships * Identify opportunities to increase revenue and account value * Conduct face-to-face meetings and site visits * Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close * Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide the right solutions What We're Looking For * Proven field sales experience * Experience selling into hospitality, leisure, catering or food service * Ideally a background within the food service/catering industry * A genuine new business hunter who enjoys winning new customers * Confident communicating with decision-makers * Self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working independently * Full UK driving licence What's On Offer? 💷 £30,000 – £50,000 basic salary 🚗 Car allowance 💰 Uncapped commission 📈 Excellent earning potential 🏆 Opportunity to develop and progress 📍 Field-based role covering Surrey If you're an experienced hospitality sales professional who wants to take ownership of a territory and be rewarded for results, we'd love to hear from you
