A Business Development Manager is required to join a growing, ambitious organisation operating within the senior living and care home sector. This is a pure new business (hunter) role, ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines, and winning new accounts.

You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities with care home groups, senior living operators, and related stakeholders across the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the senior living and care home market
  • Generate leads through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and sector insight
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers including owners, directors, and senior management teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting using CRM systems
