Overview: An established logistics provider is looking for a proactive and organised Night Transport Supervisor to oversee transport operations during night shifts. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in transport or logistics who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at real-time problem-solving.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers at the start of each shift
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely arrivals
- Record essential data including mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle checks
- Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist with route planning and daily scheduling
- Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with safety and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment
