A well established facilities maintenance specialist is expanding and we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Multi Skilled Fabric Engineer to cover commercial sites across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, hands on professional looking for long term stability, progression and varied work with a respected organisation supporting blue chip, high street clients.
The Role
- Attending reactive maintenance within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Completing planned and minor works within your skill set
- Using handheld devices to log jobs and updates
- Supporting capital refurbishment and upgrade projects
- Taking part in an on call rota (minimum once per month)
- Working safely and proactively promoting Health and Safety
Experience Required
- Experience in construction or maintenance roles
- Strong multi trade background including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, decorating/making good, and basic groundworks and brickwork
- Experience in reactive and small project works
