Our Inbound Sales Agents are responsible for handling inbound customer calls and providing tailored travel insurance solutions, selling directly to customers as well as on behalf of our clients and business partners. Working as part of our Inbound Sales Team, you will work 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota, which will include a combination of evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will support customers in finding the right level of travel insurance cover from our range of policies, including options to cover pre-existing medical conditions. You will also identify opportunities to offer relevant optional upgrades, ensuring that recommendations are appropriate to the customer’s needs. The role requires a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service while working within our regulatory requirements, compliance standards and Client Service Agreements. Personal Requirements: • Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets. • Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferrable. • Experience in a regulated industry would be a plus. • Good IT literacy skills. • Good listening skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is essential. • Professional telephone manner is essential. • Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment would be desirable. • Ability to work under pressure. • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
