We’re looking for confident, personable sales professionals to join a customer-focused environment where conversations are warm, inbound and needs-led. Customers contact you because they want help — your role is to listen, advise, and recommend the right solution. What you’ll need:
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing environment
- Confidence working to targets and KPIs
- Strong objection handling skills
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
- A professional, likeable telephone manner
- Comfortable multitasking across systems and channels
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset
- A genuine desire to help customers make informed decisions
(Experience in regulated or compliance-led environments is a bonus, but not essential.)
What’s on offer:
- £25,000 basic salary
- £210 monthly bonus (guaranteed for the first 6 months)
- Uncapped performance commission
- Structured training and support
- Clear progression opportunities for high performers
Why people enjoy this role:
- Customers come to you — no cold calling
- Conversations are advisory, not aggressive
- You’re rewarded for doing the right thing for the customer
