Social Media Manager – Construction Industry Tilbury, Essex | £26,000 – £35,000 + Bonuses | Full Time, Permanent We\’re a growing construction company based in Tilbury, Essex, and we\’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you\’ve worked in a similar role and know how to make content that builds trust, boosts visibility, and drives engagement – we want to hear from you! What You\’ll Be Doing: Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok Showcasing our projects, team, behind-the-scenes work, and customer testimonials Managing social media accounts daily, responding to comments and DMs professionally Growing our follower base and improving engagement Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to show what\’s working Supporting marketing campaigns and contributing ideas to help generate leads What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar social media or digital marketing role (ideally in construction, trades, or related industries) Confident in creating and editing photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) Great written communication skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table Comfortable occasionally visiting job sites for content creation What You\’ll Get: £26,000 – £35,000 per year (DOE) Performance-based bonuses Flexible working hours (some remote working possible) A relaxed, supportive team that values your ideas Opportunities to grow with the business Start Date: ASAP To apply, send your CV and a short portfolio if possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
