We are currently looking for Senior Multi-skilled Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based in Ditton, Kent. Permanent role. The role will involve leading projects, troubleshooting, dealing with customers, carrying out aftercare maintenance work on new build properties including painting, decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and joining, siliconing and basic carpentry. The ideal candidate must have full UK driving licence, valid CSCS card or willingness to gain, must have a trade a long with multi-skill experience relevant to industry and experience in taking the lead on projects and troubleshoot in all trades. The jobs will cover Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, Berkshire, Reading and some parts of London. Working day will start from home. Occasionally you might be required to stay overnight away from home, full notice will be given. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. 40hrs per week contracted. Salary £34745 to £39024pa depending on experience and qualifications. Saturday overtime available at x 1.5 pay rate.
