Adore is an established and growing recruitment business, and we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Laindon, Essex.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with a proven background in sales recruitment who is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building long-term client relationships.
Role
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
- Business development and account management with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing sales professionals
- Managing job briefs, candidate pipelines, and offer processes
- Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience recruiting for sales roles (essential)
