A well-established and growing UK-based organisation is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its internal sales team. This is a fully office-based role, with occasional travel required for site visits.
You will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, engaging with customers, and converting enquiries into successful outcomes while supporting overall team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Handle inbound enquiries and carry out proactive outbound sales activity
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Attend customer sites when required to support sales activity and relationship building
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Accurately record sales activity and manage pipeline through internal systems
- Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in a sales, telesales, account management, or customer-facing role
- Experience within the construction sector would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Full UK driving licence required due to office location and occasional site attendance
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and performance-focused
- Well organised and comfortable working in an office-based environment
