Senior Account Manager – Events & Sponsorship Location: Loughton, Essex Salary: Competitive + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading events and publishing business delivering award-winning exhibitions across the lifestyle, interiors, and construction sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their commercial team, working across a flagship consumer exhibition within the home and lifestyle space. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with a strong background in exhibitions or sponsorship. The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue across exhibition space, sponsorship packages, and digital opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from new business development through to account management and on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities * Selling exhibition space, sponsorship, and digital products * Achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs * Managing and developing a pipeline of new and existing clients * Identifying and securing new business opportunities * Creating and presenting tailored client proposals * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Working closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance * Maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting * Attending and supporting live events when required Requirements * Proven experience in exhibition sales, sponsorship sales, or events sales * Strong track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets * Confident in pitching and negotiating with senior stakeholders * Experience managing high-value clients and long-term relationships * Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales * Strong communication and presentation skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Package & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Uncapped commission structure * Discretionary bonus * 25 days annual leave * Birthday off * Enhanced maternity and paternity leave * Pension scheme * Regular company social events * Supportive and collaborative working environment Apply Now To apply, please submit your CV
