The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing bespoke joinery projects from design handover through production, installation, and final sign-off. Working closely with clients, designers, workshop teams, and installers, you’ll ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards the business is known for. This role requires someone who can confidently manage the full project lifecycle and bring a strong understanding of bespoke joinery manufacturing processes, materials, technical drawings, and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinate manufacturing schedules and workshop production activities
  • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design details
  • Work closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee workshop and installation teams to ensure outstanding quality standards
  • Plan resources, materials, and project timelines effectively
  • Conduct site visits across London, the South East, and occasionally nationwide
  • Identify and resolve technical, production, and installation challenges
  • Monitor project budgets, quality standards, and programme performance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven Project Management experience within bespoke joinery, cabinetry, luxury interiors, shopfitting, or specialist manufacturing
  • A strong background in joinery manufacturing, carpentry, cabinet making, or bespoke woodworking
  • Excellent understanding of bespoke joinery products and production processes
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar technical design software
  • Strong organisational and project planning skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
