Our client, a successful and established business within the automotive sector, is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Part-Time Administrator to join their team in Basildon.
The Role This varied position offers the opportunity to support a range of automotive projects and administrative processes, ensuring information is managed accurately and deadlines are consistently achieved.
You'll work closely with colleagues and external partners, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch and administration of new automotive projects.
- Enter and maintain vehicle information within internal systems.
- Process vehicle order amendments accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Monitor vehicles held in storage and produce regular reports.
- Manage and update vehicle order documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and management reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Ensure service levels, deadlines and customer expectations are consistently met. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within a busy environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data management and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative processes simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good numerical and analytical capability. Desirable
- Experience within the automotive sector.
- Previous experience in an administrative, logistics or data-focused role.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros.
