The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and helping businesses attract the very best talent.
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to offer and placement.
- Negotiating salaries, fees and employment offers.
- Achieving individual sales and performance targets.
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the recruitment journey.
About You
We're looking for someone who has
- Proven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant is essential.
- A successful track record of billing, business development and account management.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, resilient and target-driven approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
