We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a growing and ambitious B2B organisation supporting businesses across the UK hospitality and leisure sector. This is a field-based sales role focused on winning new business while also developing relationships with existing customers. You will manage your own territory and work with venues such as pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues, helping them access cost-saving supplier partnerships and services.

This role would suit a driven field sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing their own territory and developing long-term customer partnerships. You’ll work closely with internal teams including customer support, procurement specialists and senior leadership to grow membership and increase sales volumes through partner suppliers. Monthly travel to the head office (South West England) will be required.

The Role

  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within hospitality and leisure
  • Build strong relationships with pubs, bars, hotels, golf clubs and leisure venues
  • Grow revenue from existing customer accounts
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from first meeting to active customer
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and retention
  • Represent the business and its partner supplier network professionally in the market

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven field sales experience
  • Background selling into hospitality, leisure, food & drink, or related sectors
  • A strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Confident managing the full sales process
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and schedule
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within hospitality or leisure venues (restaurants, bars, hotels etc.)
  • Knowledge of the UK hospitality, catering or licensed trade sectors
