The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a growing, ambitious organisation operating within the senior living and care home sector. This is a pure new business (hunter) role, ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on opening doors, building pipelines, and winning new accounts.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities with care home groups, senior living operators, and related stakeholders across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the senior living and care home market
- Generate leads through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and sector insight
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers including owners, directors, and senior management teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting using CRM systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
About You
- Proven experience selling into the senior living, care home, or healthcare sector
- Strong background in new business development / hunter sales roles
- Confident engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
