We're looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Billericay.
Whether you have recruitment experience or a strong B2B sales background, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with uncapped earning potential and genuine progression.
Responsibilities
- Win new business and build client relationships
- Source, interview and manage candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Achieve individual sales and placement targets
- Maintain and grow your client and candidate network
Requirements
You'll have either:
- Previous recruitment experience, or
- Proven B2B sales experience
You'll also be:
- Confident and commercially minded
- Target-driven and motivated by success
- An excellent communicator
- Organised and proactive
