What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing return‑to‑work documentation — inputting, filing, tracking, and chasing
  • Maintaining and auditing SharePoint to keep information accurate and accessible
  • Checking invoices and saving reports with precision and consistency
  • Supporting key HR processes for both hourly and salaried employees
  • Reviewing settlement agreement invoices
  • Producing clear, professional absence reports and presentation slides
  • Providing essential cover for colleagues, including inputting EADs and sickness certificates
  • Updating sickness absence trackers
  • Coordinating Long Service Award administration
  • Delivering additional HR administrative support as needed

Skills You’ll Bring

  • Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • At least one year’s experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
