The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established and respected supplier to the retail sector, known for quality, creativity, and strong customer relationships. They are now looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves retail, thrives on building long-term relationships, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand relationships. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, visiting customers, understanding their needs, and offering creative, commercial solutions.
- Managing and developing a portfolio of existing retail accounts across the South East
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Identifying new opportunities within existing customers
- Providing a consultative, solutions-led sales approach
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both commercial strength and creativity to their sales approach. You will ideally have:
- Proven field sales and account management experience
- Experience selling into the retail sector (essential)
- A genuine passion for retail and customer experience
- A creative flair and the ability to present ideas and solutions confidently
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
Experience selling into the charity sector would be highly desirable, but not essential.
