We are looking for a dynamic experienced Account Manager to manage, retain, service and grow a portfolio of clients within the restaurant and hospitality sector. This is a varied role combining organisation, coordinating and customer service / account management.
Your clients will be chefs and restaurant managers and you will be the go between - the problem solver, the one who makes things happen, the one who makes everyone happy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Account Management or Business Development experience - essential
- Hospitality, food or restaurant industry knowledge preferred but not essential
- Experience within a servicing industry required
- Strong IT skills particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware approach
- Full driving licence essential
