About the Role: Working as part of the busy eam, you’ll play a key role in providing outstanding customer support after the initial sales process, building long-term relationships, and enhancing service standards. With a strong team environment, you\’ll be supported by a Team Supervisor and Customer Service Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms * Provide ETAs and keep customers updated * Liaise closely with Transport Planners to ensure smooth delivery operations * Answer incoming service calls (excluding driver calls) * Manage and resolve all customer issues and queries * Monitor and maintain the service log Who We’re Looking For: * Excellent telephone communication skills and previous office based customer service, telephone experience * Experience in logistics, helpdesk, or office-based customer service is ideal * A proactive team player who enjoys problem-solving * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment * A car driver is essential due to the rural location What’s on Offer: * Permanent full-time role * Friendly and collaborative working environment * Free onsite parking * Modern, renovated office space * Quarterly performance bonus
