We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Tender Co-ordinator to join their busy and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop strong coordination and administrative skills within a structured and supportive environment.
About the Role
As a Tender Co-ordinator, your role will involve supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders across several internal departments. You’ll collate information, manage documents, update trackers, and ensure all tender activity is completed accurately and within required timeframes. This is a great role for someone who enjoys process-led work and handling detailed information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate incoming tender requests
- Gather, consolidate, and verify information from internal departments
- Analyse and review tender requirements and supporting data
- Submit tender documentation through online portals and internal systems
- Prepare and update agreement documents and amendments
- Create presentations and reports to support tender responses
- Maintain tender trackers, databases, and the tender library
- Manage the central tender inbox
- Coordinate signatures, document retention, and compliance
- Support general administrative tasks as required

- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident handling large datasets
- Good IT skills – must be able to format documents, add data, and move cells confidently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
