The Role
Our client is seeking a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their busy construction desk, focusing on blue collar roles including labourers, groundworkers, tradespeople, and site staff. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position combining business development, candidate sourcing, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and placing blue collar construction workers into temporary and permanent roles
- Developing new business through outbound calls, client visits, and networking
- Managing and growing existing client relationships
- Writing job adverts, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Filling vacancies efficiently to meet client requirements
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Managing bookings, compliance, and worker availability

Requirements
