Are you an experienced Commercial Plumber looking for a new opportunity with a leading maintenance provider?

Our client is seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join their growing engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, hospitality, and multi-site properties throughout London and the surrounding areas.

The Role

This is a mobile maintenance position where you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned and reactive plumbing works across multiple commercial sites.

Working as part of a professional engineering team, you'll diagnose faults, complete repairs, and ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance.
  • Attend client sites across London and surrounding areas.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults within commercial buildings.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Respond to reactive callouts and emergency repairs.
  • Complete service reports, job sheets, and compliance documentation.
  • Work alongside engineers and specialist contractors as required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, with additional payments available.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • G3 qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
  • Strong background in commercial plumbing maintenance
  • Experience working within commercial, retail, hospitality, facilities management, or multi-site environments
  • Planned and reactive maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently across multiple client locations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Important
