The Role
We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Consultant to join a growing B2B organisation within the hospitality and leisure sector. This field-based role focuses on new business, account growth, and territory development across pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and leisure venues.
You’ll manage your own region, win new clients, grow existing accounts, and build long-term relationships through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales territory across London and the South East
- Generate new business and convert prospects into active customers
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
- Drive revenue growth and regional performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
- Proven field sales or business development experience
- Strong track record in new business and account management
- Experience within hospitality, food & drink, or leisure sectors (preferred)
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
