Adore Recruitment are currently seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding Permanent Recruitment team specialising within the Technical and Construction sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established independent recruitment agency with a strong reputation across Essex, Kent and the South East. We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual who enjoys building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates and is looking to grow their career within a supportive and successful business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships
- Recruiting for permanent vacancies within the construction and technical sectors
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
- Negotiating terms, offers and fees with clients and candidates
- Attending client meetings and networking opportunities where required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Professional and confident manner
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work within a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
