Account Executive – Existing Business (Commercial Insurance) Location: Colchester, Hybrid (initially fully onsite; 3 days in-office after 6 months) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Sector: Commercial Insurance – Not-for-Profit & Care Sector An established, purpose-led insurance brokerage is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to join its Existing Business team. With over five decades of experience, the organisation specialises in supporting socially impactful sectors such as charities, care providers, and faith-based organisations. This is an opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to work that benefits communities nationwide. The Role You will manage a portfolio of 30–40 commercial insurance clients per month, focusing on renewals, mid-term adjustments, compliance, and client retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service, competitive cover, and high retention performance.
