Warehouse Supervisor Tilbury Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Tilbury. You’ll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation and supporting the Warehouse Manager to ensure everything runs safely, efficiently and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and allocate workloads to the warehouse team. Ensure all warehouse activities follow SOPs and Health Safety procedures. Monitor and achieve daily/weekly warehouse KPIs. Ensure documentation and records are completed accurately. Support recruitment and induction of additional warehouse staff. Monitor MHE maintenance and report faults. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site security. Ensure staff training and development is kept up to date. Deal with performance and operational issues effectively. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous warehouse supervisory/team leader experience.
