We’re recruiting an experienced Heating Engineer to join an established team covering the Lincoln area, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.#
The Role
- Service, maintain and repair domestic heating and hot water systems.
- Work across a range of residential properties.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
- Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
- Follow all relevant health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Participate in an evening and weekend out-of-hours rota.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.
- Experience servicing and repairing domestic heating systems.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
Working Hours & Package
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week, including a daily unpaid lunch break).
- £42,000 annual salary.
- Company van and fuel card.
- Evening and weekend call-out rota.
