Sales Administrator
Avonmouth | £28,000 – £35,000 DOE | Permanent | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Support professional looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an established business based in Avonmouth. This is a varied role combining sales administration, customer service, order processing and general office support.
The Role
- Processing customer orders and generating quotes
- Providing excellent customer service to customers, contractors and suppliers
- Processing invoices and supporting payment queries
- Handling customer, order and stock enquiries
- Setting up new customer accounts and completing credit checks
- Supporting delivery and haulage queries
- Managing stock returns and credits
- Assisting with accounts receivable, payments and debt chasing
- Supporting new projects and maintaining service levels
- Completing general administration, data entry and document management
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 12 months' customer service or sales administration experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- A positive, team-focused approach and strong work ethic
Experience in stock control, accounts receivable or credit control would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience within construction, manufacturing or building products would also be beneficial.
What's on Offer?
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary DOE
- Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- 4pm finish most Fridays
