The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with businesses and candidates, managing the recruitment process from start to finish and developing your own client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business through outbound sales activity
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Advertising vacancies and sourcing talent
- Managing the recruitment process through to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year's sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, motivated and target-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Resilient with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
