The Role

  • Become a Specialist : You will develop deep expertise in your chosen specialism, with the full support and training to grow your business area.
  • Recruitment : You'll be sourcing candidates and managing clients throughout the process to find the perfect match, using a combination of advertising, headhunting, lead generation, networking and relationship building.
  • Business Development : In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated sales team to foster strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities to acquire new business. While we do not impose strict business development targets, your focus will primarily be on delivering exceptional results and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers a balanced approach, prioritising high-quality delivery over aggressive sales goals.
  • Targets and Progression : Weekly and monthly targets will be in place, alongside clear promotion criteria — bring your drive, and we’ll provide the pathway to succeed!
