An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is a varied generalist HR role with a strong focus on recruitment initially, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-focused and administrative responsibilities.

You will support the business across all areas of HR, helping to deliver a smooth employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to employee support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating recruitment activities including adverts, interviews and onboarding
  • Managing HR administration and maintaining employee records
  • Supporting absence management, holidays and HR reporting
  • Assisting with employee relations and performance processes
  • Supporting training and development activities
  • Assisting with payroll administration and HR systems
  • Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with UK employment law
About You
  • Previous HR experience within a busy environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive with a positive and professional approach
  • CIPD qualified or working towards desirable
