About the Role
Redbridge Council is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Housing Officer to join the Housing team on a temporary basis. You will manage a team of Housing Officers, acting as neighbourhood champions and ensuring excellent customer access to services. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong focus on performance management, resident engagement, and collaborative working with internal and external partners. Please note: The successful candidate will be required to work in the office every day initially.
