About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable support worker to support a young adult in their day to day life. The client is a 25-year-old young man with learning disabilities, ASD, ADHD and Asthma. The successful candidate will provide person-centered care and support, helping the individual with daily activities, personal care where required, social activities, communication, and maintaining their independence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities is desirable.
- We are looking for someone who is patient, caring, reliable, and able to build a positive relationship with the young adult.
