The role
We are looking for dedicated supervising social workers who are passionate about supporting foster carers and committed to improving the lives and outcomes of children and young people. You will be joining a successful independent fostering agency, where you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment that values your wellbeing, professional growth, and the impact you make every day.
Requirements
- Recognised social work qualification
- A valid registration with social care Wales and/or social work England
- At least one year’s experience working within children’s social care
- Valid driving licence
- Organised, proactive and have a passion for working alongside carers and children
A salary of £37,280 to £46,142
