We are looking to recruit either experienced hospitality recruitment administrator/consultant or candidates from within the hospitality and catering industry who have a passion for recruiting and placing candidates into the right roles. We work with many different hospitality and facilities management sites and you will need to be comfortable with various compliance requirements depending on the client needs.

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Resource your candidates using our existing job boards and social media
  • Book and conduct candidate interviews for hospitality roles within our 4/5* hotel clients
  • Onboard new candidates (compliance checks)
  • Assist in our weekly Trainings
  • On a daily basis speak to both candidates and clients to fulfil their requirements
  • Look after some of our existing clients (hot and warm desk)
  • Be able to speak to prospective clients (training provided)
  • Hit your agreed KPI's and financial targets
  • Admin and compliance duties

Skills / attributes required:

  • Have clear communication skills as this is key in a fast paced recruitment environment
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience working with/in hospitality sector
  • Be able to speak to all levels
  • Be able to work well with others and also on your own initiative

Qualifications / experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • 1-2 years experience in Recruitment or Hospitality
