The Opportunity

As a Program Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of the University Talent team driving the success of our initiatives within the Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support Program Managers by driving key pieces of event and program execution across the entire intern and graduate program lifecycle from strategic planning and execution to evaluation. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our University Talent programs deliver exceptional experiences for employees & the business and achieve their intended outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Onboarding & Program Management – Facilitate the Program Calendar, keeping candidates and stakeholders engaged with clear, strategic communications. Own the onboarding experience for interns and graduates, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-boarding to IT setup, communications, and swag distribution.
  • Enabling Learning & Development – Empower early-career talent by facilitating high-impact training sessions, curating & maintaining a self-service learning inventory, and ensuring the successful completion of internship portfolios.
  • Engagement & Events – Play a key role in delivering flagship experiences such as the Intern Summit, CEO Meetups, and end of Internship sessions. Provide guidance on governance for budgets, and best practices for social, networking, and CSR events, ensuring interns and graduates stay engaged.
  • Stakeholder & Candidate Experience – Strengthen relationships with the Business teams & Program participants by sharing updates, leading focus groups, gathering insights & feedback, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Data & Reporting – Collect and report on data through surveys, focus groups, and event analytics (tracking RSVPs, attendance, experience) and collect business updates.
  • Administration & Budgeting – Keep operations running smoothly through general admin (e.g., scheduling meetings, handling invoices and budget-related tasks).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in campus/university recruiting or a higher education setting, program management, or prior experience in an event planning or coordination role is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Skilled communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
  • Versatile team player who can thrive both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
