We’re looking for a seasoned strategist who can navigate boardroom discussions and discovery workshops alike. This full‑time, permanent role at The Pixel offers remote (UK based) or hybrid (Bristol) work and focuses on driving growth and commercial effectiveness for digital commerce clients. Applicants must be a permanent UK resident, with the right to work in the UK. This position does not offer UK visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth strategies for eCommerce and digitally enabled businesses.
  • Facilitate workshops, executive discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Develop integrated solutions with multi‑functional teams.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and expand existing client relationships.
  • Act as the point of contact with Adobe’s Success team to shape the AEP roadmap.
  • Mentor junior strategists and raise team standards.
  • Drive marketing and thought leadership as a credible advocate for The Pixel.

Qualifications

  • Highly experienced in digital strategy, growth strategy, or eCommerce consulting.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, retention, customer lifetime value, and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • AEP/AEM certifications or a strong drive to achieve them quickly.
  • Extensive understanding of GA4 and digital analytics.
  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record of turning complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
  • Confident speaker able to present to and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Priority management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively as part of a team.
