Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be a member of the Adobe Sales organization in a presales role. The Solutions Consulting team drives our direct and partner sales organization by pointing out the value of Adobe and the Adobe Experience Cloud. Acting as a trusted advisor for the customer, you are responsible first to understand their business needs and the landscape of their organization and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that will help the customer pursue and achieve their financial targets.

The Solutions Consultant for Adobe Commerce will need the following skills to be successful:

A strong understanding of commerce technology and how it can support digital transformation. As well as deep understanding of our main customer industry verticals, to help our clients become best-in-class e-commerce organizations. Knowledge of digital commerce fields like product information management, commerce, analysis, search engines, content creation.

Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills, and client-facing experience as a trusted advisor

Experienced in building and communicating use cases and value propositions

A familiarity with SaaS based technologies and its implication, consideration and implementation into technology landscapes

A familiarity with solution selling approaches and benefits
-
Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches
-
Passion for e-commerce and commerce solutions
-
Self-motivated with a strong aim to succeed in a highly dynamic environment with variable priorities

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-
Willingness and ability to extend area of expertise when and where the business needs, such as Adobe Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud)
Qualifications
-
(Ideally) previous experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or other commerce platforms

Good understanding of big corporations (DAX 30)

Ability to design and run customer workshops

A good understanding of digital technologies in general e.g. web, mobile, PIM, OMS, CMS, headless, Cloud Services, technology frameworks.

Understanding of front-end coding languages (HTML, Javascript, CSS) with OpenAPI and GraphQL comprehension

Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer success

Ability to work with virtual internal team to lead discovery and to deliver findings and recommendations at an executive level

Strong verbal and writing skills in English at a business level

Ability to travel throughout UK & Ireland
