The Opportunity
Within Adobe’s Unified Platform Organization, the B2B Expansion team is hiring a Product Manager to drive product‑led growth (PLG) across Adobe’s SMB and Mid‑market business. The team develops workflows, features, and monetization methods that drive Adobe’s expansion and contributes significantly to the launch and revenue plans of nearly every new Adobe product. In this role, you will own and drive PLG initiatives that convert free, freemium, and trial users into paying customers. You will scale our B2B business through smart, data‑driven, and increasingly AI‑enabled product decisions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in engineering, development, analytics, and go‑to‑market to define and ship impactful product experiences. This role suits a product manager beyond entry‑level implementation. It offers chances to take on greater responsibility and advance toward becoming a Senior PM. You’ll have meaningful autonomy, real impact, and strong mentorship throughout.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PLG growth initiatives within the B2B Expansion team. Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve free‑to‑paid conversion, trial activation, and SMB/Mid‑market retention. Make and communicate clear, well‑reasoned tradeoffs across quality, customer value, and schedule—bringing collaborators and engineering along.
- Experimentation & Data: Develop hypotheses, build and run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into clear product decisions. Write rigorous test charters that guide experimentation from setup through readout. Work closely with data—pulling insights from dashboards, funnel analyses, and behavioral signals—to prioritize the highest‑impact opportunities and measure shipped feature success.
- Cross‑Functional Execution & Customer Advocacy: Partner with go‑to‑market, engineering, build, and analytics teams to launch product features that directly contribute to revenue and new product monetization. Be the customer advocate at every step—help the entire product team see what makes the difference between just another feature and genuine customer delight. Contribute to the discovery and validation of new product ideas, building arguments for roadmap prioritization.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Track Record: 3–5+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving initiatives from conception to launch. Proven experience driving PLG: ideally in free, freemium, or trial product models. You understand the mechanics of free‑to‑paid conversion and have shipped features that moved these metrics. Hands‑on experience with A/B testing: writing test charters, crafting experiments, running tests, and analyzing results to drive confident product decisions. Proven track record advancing sophisticated, cross‑functional product initiatives involving engineering, build, business collaborators, and go‑to‑market partners.
- Data & Analytical Orientation: Strong data orientation: comfortable working directly with data, defining success metrics, and using quantitative insights to guide prioritization and strategy. Ability to interpret product and business metrics, draw actionable conclusions from experiments, and communicate findings clearly to collaborators at multiple levels.
- AI Proficiency & Work Practices: Actively uses AI tools to support PM work—including research, drafting requirements, synthesizing insights, and exploring product tradeoffs. Evaluates AI outputs with sound judgment: knows how to iterate toward useful results and when to flag uncertainty or advance. Has experience building or working with AI‑powered features or products, with a strong appetite to keep learning as the space evolves. Understands responsible AI use: can articulate where AI augments customer value and where it introduces risk.
- Skills & Approach: Excellent business intuition, sound judgment, and the ability to influence key collaborators without direct authority. Curious, problem‑solving‑focused mind with the ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior‑director level collaborators. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
