Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for Adobe Express's Third‑Party Embed SDK across our sports and commercial partner portfolio, including the Premier League and other leading brands. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and platform strategy and requires a leader who can move fluidly between long‑term platform strategy and the tactical demands of active partner delivery.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision and multi‑year strategy for the 3P Embed SDK across sports and commercial verticals, defining how partner‑generated content, fan engagement tools, and embedded creative workflows evolve over time.
- Define and drive the product roadmap for your partner portfolio in alignment with company goals, partner commercial commitments, and audience growth priorities.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from partner discovery through launch and renewal while balancing technical feasibility, partner‑specific requirements, and business impact.
- Act as the primary product voice in partner‑facing conversations, translating technical and commercial complexity into clear, confident narratives for partner stakeholders and Adobe leadership.
- Collaborate deeply with Business Development on commercial structuring, contract renewal cycles, and SOW scoping, ensuring product commitments are deliverable and scalable across the portfolio.
- Prioritize investment across partners based on audience data, commercial value, and platform leverage, adapting quickly as partner needs and market signals evolve.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis across sports tech, fan engagement, and embedded creative tooling to inform positioning and identify new partner and category opportunities.
- Apply GenAI capabilities where they meaningfully improve fan/customer engagement outcomes and partner commercial value.
- Build repeatable, platform‑level product patterns from partner‑specific requirements, reducing one‑off engineering and design effort across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading complex platform, partnership, or B2B2C products from concept to scale.
- Experience in sports, media, fan engagement, or partner/embedded platform products; comfort operating in a B2B2C model where Adobe's product lives inside someone else's experience.
- Proven ability to balance long‑term platform strategy with the near‑term demands of active commercial partnerships and contractual delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen—comfortable engaging with contract terms, SOW conditions, and partner commercial structures alongside traditional product road‑minding.
- Experience owning a multi‑partner or multi‑account product area, setting strategy, and driving execution across engineering, design, BD, and partner marketing.
- Strong product judgement with the ability to navigate competing internal priorities while protecting partner‑facing relationships from internal misalignment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and directly to external partner stakeholders.
- Deep analytical capabilities, with experience using platform usage data (MAU, engagement funnels, click‑through) to make and defend prioritization calls.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, resource‑constrained environments, creating clarity and momentum across multiple partner workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for sports, fan engagement, or commercial brand marketing, with genuine interest in how major sports and commercial organizations build digital fan/customer experiences.
- Experience with embedded SDKs, platform APIs, or white‑label product models.
- Understanding of GenAI‑powered content creation and its application to fan engagement or personalized commercial experiences.
- Experience managing renewal cycles or multi‑year commercial partnerships.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
Compensation
The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 – $282,100 annually, depending on location and experience.
