We have a fantastic opportunity for a legal counsel (c.4-6 years PQE) to join our UK&I legal team based in London or Maidenhead/Reading.

What you’ll do:
- Agreement Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including SAAS software, professional services contracts, and data processing agreements.
- Commercial Legal Guidance: Provide comprehensive legal support to various business units, offering strategic advice and training on key legal areas including commercial, IP and privacy AI.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Foster collaboration by working closely with legal team members across EMEA and Latin America.
- Regulatory Insight: Stay ahead of regulatory changes and legislation that could impact our business operations.
- Knowledge Management Leadership: Drive knowledge management and process improvement initiatives within the EMEA region.
- Project Support: Provide legal support to working groups and projects, playing a crucial role in developing new work practices and initiatives across the business.

What you’ll need to succeed:
