  • Build influential, collaborative relationships across Marketing, Creative Studio, Media, and Agency partners to align on objectives, timelines, and priorities.
  • Lead continuous, structured, and informative communication to cultivate a synchronized knowledge base across regional teams.
  • Safeguard project timelines by proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and work quickly to resolve issues.
  • Own production planning at a program level across LATAM and EMEA, including content forecasting, content budget tracking, spend management, and delivery reporting.
  • Deliver tracking and reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across regional content programs.
  • Embrace continuous improvement, serving as the driving force behind our project management tooling and processes.

  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail; design experience a plus.
