This is a high-visibility role at the center of Adobe's Integrated Services program — responsible for scaling it regionally and making it run well. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Delivery, and Operations: ensuring deals are structured for delivery success, capacity is matched to demand, and the insights from your region shape how the program evolves globally.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales partnership & deal enablement
    • Serve as a strategic partner to regional Sales leadership, providing input on complex or high-risk opportunities and supporting pipeline health and delivery-ready deal structures.
    • Partner with in-region Solution Architects on delivery models, scope assumptions, staffing approach, and timelines.
  • Pipeline readiness
    • Maintain a forward-looking view of regional pipeline demand, delivery capacity, and critical skill requirements.
    • Partner with RMO to drive visibility of pipeline and surface capacity gaps, skills constraints, or resourcing risks that could impact customer outcomes.
  • Delivery quality & governance
    • Lead weekly vertical inspections to assess project health, risks, and compliance.
    • Deliver a weekly regional summary to global IS leadership highlighting wins, trends, risks, and blockers.
    • Contribute structured insights to leadership forums — regional MBRs, global QBRs, OpCo updates, and executive reporting.
  • Operational excellence & global consistency
    • Drive rigor across core processes: handoffs, role ownership, program deliverables, delivery quality and internal compliance.
    • Capture regional delivery insights and feed structured feedback to IS leadership, Product, and Marketing.
    • Represent the region in engagement model evolution and OCI initiatives, providing a clear voice-of-region perspective.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8–12 years in client-facing professional services, consulting, or delivery leadership. Ideally, experience is within Adobe or a similar enterprise tech environment. This includes global delivery across regions and time zones.
  • Broad familiarity with CXO, data, and marketing technology ecosystems. Strong grasp of services sales motions, deal lifecycle management, and delivery readiness across subscription and custom engagement types.
  • Able to identify risk early through structured inspection, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, and translate findings into executive-ready narratives.
  • Self-directed and highly accountable. Comfortable navigating ambiguity at scale. Brings a track record of process consistency, rigor, and scalable improvement.
