    • Identify and scale innovative approaches to partner operations and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on partner business and pipeline practices; influence adoption across regions.
    • Collaborate with global partner ops, sales ops, and other cross-functional teams to standardize processes where appropriate and ensure alignment on strategy and priorities.
    • Be the trusted strategic advisor to leadership on partner strategy and initiatives.
  • Analytics & Continuous Improvement
    • Use data and analytics to identify performance levers and drive prioritized action plans.

    • Establish continuous improvement disciplines—testing, benchmarking, variance analysis—to evolve partner business sales excellence.
    • Build analytical business case for strategic decisions and investment.
  • Execution
    • Drive execution excellence on critical initiatives—handle both strategy and tactical problem-solving.
    • Manage end to end planning, partner segmentation, org design, partner pipeline health and performance metrics at scale.
    • Establish clear ownership and accountability; track progress and course-correct with agility.

  • Program builder with a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling initiatives from conception to adoption.
